A1. Very specific and detailed. I can't even tell where the damage was at. They sent one young lady out by herself & she was awesome. I was nervous at first bc the damage was on a large area of the ceiling but she proved me wrong and the results were amazing. Never doubt the power of a woman. I wish I had asked her- her name but fabulous work.
