    Mike is the best. He did the carpet in my whole house and it held up great. Recently came back to help me with a newly finished office. It turned out great!

    I'm very pleased with the work and the quality of product I received from Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. Admittedly we had a glitch, but it was a manufacturer issue, and Big Bob's (specifically Sydney) worked with them on resolving the issue, and getting new product down. I know she stayed on it daily, and she answered every question and update I requested. Ultimately, my floors look awesome, and I'm super pleased. The installers were attentive, respectful, and hard working. It's all the more rewarding to have lovely floors at a fair price! I highly recommend.

    We recently had engineered hardwoods and carpet installed. Melissa was our project manager. She was incredible to work with, from helping us pick out the right products through installation.
